About Us

We design evidence-based social and behavioral solutions that build public trust in public health

Innovative, Flexible, and Proactive

Our Team

We are thought leaders, social scientists, educators, experts in public health, communications, advocacy and public policy. We develop and support implementation of people-centered practices and policies to improve lives in lasting and measurable ways. A fully-remote company, we are made up of very real people based in Europe, North and South America, and Africa.

We have all lived in many countries, and worked in different sectors, which means we can connect diverse stakeholders to build common purpose and collective action. Our team members are always ready to travel to the communities for whom we design programs to learn and better understand the world through their eyes.

He speaks fluent French and rusty Japanese.

nathan-mougin
Nathan Mougin, Director of Policy and Advocacy

With public affairs and communications expertise at the Global, US, and LATAM level, Nathan has a deep understanding of the global vaccine policy landscape, and how policies are shaped and implemented a country level. He gently but firmly guides organisations on strategy setting and stakeholder engagement.

Over the years, he has developed a great knowledge about the public health context in Latin America. A Francophone, he speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Chelsey Lepage, Director of Programs

Chelsey thrives at the intersections of research, technology and practice. She brings deep experience building durable, impact-focused partnerships –among often unlikely collaborators– and complex programs in more than 20 countries.

Within Irimi’s Program pillar, she draws on human-centered design methods and principles to tailor each engagement to our clients and, most importantly, the communities they serve. She speaks intermediate French and is fluent in Jazz!

Jean-Antoine Zinsou, Program Lead for Africa region

Jean-Antoine is an Emergency Medicine physician who is also certified in Ayurvedic medicine. He has spent most of his professional life working to improve access to vaccines, including building public trust and vaccination coverage rates in West, Central and Southern Africa and Latin America and Asia.

With Irimi he is building capacity in SBC, with a particular focus on the AIMS IPC approach across Africa. He is French/English bilingual.

Paul Macheka, Project Manager

Paul brings extensive experience in project management and monitoring and evaluation, to ensure smooth implementation and effective milestone tracking of Irimi projects. Fluent in English, Shona, and IsiNdebele, he is passionate about integrating technology solutions to increase project efficiencies and facilitate strong collaborations across distributed teams, partners, and clients.

Our Credo

Listen, Understand, Engage

We listen really well to understand what makes people tick: how they process information, make decisions, and act.

This understanding informs the development of context-driven, people-centered interventions, nested in inclusive strategies.
